This course will compare the presentations of acute and chronic red eyes as well as eyelid disorders.
Upon course completion, you will be able to:
- Discuss modified exam techniques that can assist in gathering clinical findings during a pediatric exam.
- Review pertinent case history and clinical differentials that will assist in diagnosing children with red eyes.
- Review the treatment and management for common conditions that cause acute vs chronic red eyes in pediatric patients.
- Review multiple cases showcasing the difference in appearance and management protocols for differing red eye presentations
